What data we collect
Through the application form on our website you provide: your name, contact details (e-mail, phone/WhatsApp), age, city and country, occupation, relationship status, information about children, your preferences regarding a partner, and your photograph. We only collect the data you enter into the form yourself.
Purpose and legal basis
We use this data to review your application, understand who you are looking for, contact you and, where there is mutual interest, invite you to a private online consultation and discuss cooperation. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form.
Who has access to your data
Your application goes directly to the agency’s owner and is not accessible to anyone else. We do not publish your data or photograph on the website, list it in any catalogue, or share or sell it to third parties. Any additional information or documents that may be needed later are provided by you separately, offline, and are never published online.
Where data is stored
Data is stored in Ukraine on the agency’s equipment. If you are located in the European Union, please note that your data is processed outside the EU (in Ukraine).
Retention
If you do not proceed or cooperation does not begin, your data is deleted. If you become a client, your data is kept for the duration of our cooperation and deleted afterwards.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, write to annabelmatch@gmail.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Cookies and analytics
We do not use any analytics, tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
