When you submit a matchmaking enquiry through our website, you may provide:

• email address and phone/WhatsApp number;
• age;
• city and country;
• profession;
• marital status;
• information about children and whether you would like to have children in the future;
• information about the type of partner you are looking for, including preferred age range and personal qualities;
• your photograph;
• any additional information you choose to provide.

If you use our website assistant, we may also process the information you provide in the conversation.

With your consent, Google Analytics may collect limited technical and usage information about your visit to the website.

Matchmaking enquiries and client information are primarily controlled and processed by Annabel Matchmaking in Ukraine.

If you are located outside Ukraine, your information may therefore be processed in Ukraine.

Some technical service providers may process data in other countries, depending on their infrastructure and services.

6How Long We Keep Your Data

If cooperation does not begin, we keep your enquiry only for as long as reasonably necessary to review it, respond to you and manage reasonable follow-up communication.

If you become a client, your information is retained for the duration of our cooperation and afterwards only for as long as required for legitimate contractual, accounting or legal purposes.

Analytics data is retained according to the settings of our Google Analytics account.

7Your Rights

Depending on the law applicable to you, you may have the right to:

If you use the assistant, the messages and information you provide may be processed by our technical and AI service providers in order to generate responses and manage your enquiry.

Please provide only information relevant to your matchmaking enquiry.

The website assistant does not make the final decision on whether Annabel Matchmaking will accept a client or enter into a matchmaking agreement.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure.

However, no method of transmitting or storing information electronically can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
